My story
I spent 18+ years as Head of Finance Systems in legal and professional services - most recently at a major international law firm. I worked closely with billing, cashiering, client accounting and AP teams across the business globally, supporting them and helping build and improve their processes and systems.
Having worked with big consultancies along the way, I saw where that approach often falls short. I apply eighteen years of inside experience directly - practical, hands-on delivery, grounded in how teams actually work day to day.
